"Mark with Tioga Plumbing and Electric came to our rescue last evening. Mark was polite, compassionate and very respectful of the mess with our kitchen drain clog. He assessed the problem and told us along with the price upfront what he would need to do to fix our drain. We gave him the go ahead and within an hour and a half he was done and totally cleaned up after his equipment. He thoroughly explained every step of the way to my husband. Mark restored our belief that there are good, respectable and Class A service people out there. We will definitely be using Tioga again and will be asking for Mark if he’s available because he reminds us of how service people behaved and completed their work back 30-40 years ago where customer service really meant if your business was successful or not. "The guys arrived on time & worked solidly till the work was done. They layed down floor covers case it was wet & nasty outside..I appreciate that. Rafael was the lead installer & he seemed to really know his business. The helper was very quiet & informative when asked a question. All my questions were answered & work done in a timely manner. I had hot water in 1 hr after they had left. Rafael explained everything about the new water heater to me & was very patient. I have no complaints whatsoever with the installation. I do believe the cost of the heater was very high, but that inflation I guess. That’s my only complaint. Nothing to do with the installers. I do look forward to hopefully 15 yrs at least from this heater."

"We had G.L. Hunt come out to assess our pier and beam foundation after noticing a crack in the garage. They were the second company to come out and the second company to say that the foundation had not failed. There was however a lack of drainage around the foundation. It is an older home (1950's) and did not have any drainage around the foundation and no gutters. The house sits on a street that slopes. We scheduled G.L. Hunt to install drainage to help move water away from the foundation and have gutters installed. The work crew arrived at the scheduled date and time and worked diligently over 2 days to install a french drainage system. Gutters were installed the following week and connected to the system. The workers were neat and used the soil displaced by the drains to level an area in the backyard."
