Jacob came and worked on a leaking shower faucet at my house. He showed up within an hour of the call and was very professional and transparent with both pricing and work that needed to be done throughout. Would highly recommend their services to anyone and will use them again if need be.

Had a frozen pipe in the back yard. Called Bill Blankenship, thinking I would put my name on the list for repairs when the pipes thawed. But they offered to come out that day. The simple fix turned into an all day project for the 2 guys who worked very hard in freezing weather. They did a thorough job, gave me several updates throughout the day, even put back the decking better than they found it and came back a few days later to make sure there were no leaks. Solid work. The initial contact was great. The quote given was reasonable, however, the plumber encountered a minor issue with cutting the wood under the inside of the counter to fit the sink, about 2 inches on two sides of this piece and the right on the frame at a 90-degree angle on the other side as well. This took maybe, 5 to 10 mins. I was charged $200 more. Mr. Blnkship (owner)came to collect money and provide me with my invoice. He instructed me to call the office if I was paying with a card. I was told that if I paid by card there would be a 3% fee, or using a debit card a 1.5 % fee. So, I wrote him a check that I placed on the table intending to close the transaction. However before this, I seemed bothered by, both the fact that I asked for a warranty, and once he answered, he asked me if it was fair. I told him I couldn't answer because I knew nothing about the business. He didn't shake my hand at the end or even thank me for my business.

I am very pleased with the work on my 2 toilets. They flush and work great. I was very shocked at 1 and a half hours work to put new parts in2 tanks ended up $500.00 for labor and $250.00 on parts I could have bought 2 brand new commodes for that price. I feel I was overcharged. I can not afford to use this plumber again.

They came by and gave me a bid within hours and did the work the same day.

Tech was on time, was courteous, did great work, was surprisingly fast, price was fair. Toilets work better than new! He changed the old valve coming out of the wall and the insides of two toilets. He left the work area cleaner than he found it. Very pleased.
