She tried to get a same-day appointment for Tuesday, but had to schedule us for Wed. Later on Tuesday, she called to say that a plumber was "running early" (when do you ever hear that?) and could give us same-day service. Thomas arrived, gave us an estimate, had the part on his truck and replaced the cartridge in the faucet, in less than an hour. He was very professional, explained the problem and possible scenarios if the problem was not the cartridge. He was also friendly and calm with our very friendly dog. The only reservation was that the price seemed high, but I don't know whether this is typical, since I recently moved to this area."

He quoted additional work for me to do in the near future due to a nearby tree root system damaging the line. He also replaced an intake water valve on a toilet that was leaking.
