"We contacted them and they gave us advice on speakers to get the best sound for our environment of high ceiling as well as few walls for good sound.  They gave us a bid and after contacting another company for a competitive bid we called the other company advised against it because they did not want to do the wiring required and they were much more expensive.  They other company tried to encourage a different, easier placement which I did not want.  

We called Starlight back and set up an appointment and they arrived promptly at the time and completed the work.  The wall was repaired the next day and then the salesperson came back to check on the work and give me instructions on the new remote."
