"We had on-going issues with several doors in our home. Rubbing to the point of not being able to close, excessive air gaps in exterior doors, latches not operating correctly, that sort of thing. We made quite the list and felt we were unlikely to get everything done in the allocated 3 hours. We were quite pleasantly surprised when the list was completed in only half the time!

"With both building and architectural experience, Wally Westbrook has an excellent understanding of what is needed to achieve the best, and very different, end results for personal homes and investment properties. (He has helped me with both.) I particularly like his ability to understand what a site warrants. For example, he advised that an investment property did not need the size addition I was contemplating to achieve the result I wanted. He looks for cost effective ways to add a "wow" factor to even the most basic house. As if those qualities are not enough to recommend Westbrook Design, Wally is also a pleasure to work with.
