Eduardo does a great job. I have hired him for several projects at my house. As a homebuilder myself, I have access to a big network of contractors, and I know I could find someone to give me a quote for a lower price, but I choose Eduardo every time for my personal home because I know he will do the job the right way. Many drywall contractors will come out and give you the quote they have to so that they get the job and that is reflected in their work. With Eduardo, I know he's going to advise me well on his scope of work and get things done the right way. Drywall is the blank canvas that the rest of a home is designed and built around. I might go cheaper on other areas of my house but I will always choose Eduardo for my drywall projects.

Edwardo does not stand by his work and I do NOT recommend Lalo's Quality Drywall. I hired Edwardo to fix some damage in my ceiling. Because the drywall was older, he recommended replacing the entire ceiling. Alternatively he said I could get at least 5 more years out of the existing drywall if he reinforced/patched it. I opted for the reinforcement/patching option. A couple of weeks after the work was completed, I noticed a significant section of the repaired ceiling was sagging. I asked Edwardo about it and he argued that I should have replaced the whole ceiling in the first place and that there's no way of knowing how long the existing drywall will last. He sidesteps the fact that he said (repeatedly) that I'd get 5 more years of life with the reinforcement/patching and he refuses to discuss options for remediation.

Did a great job. Would definitely hire for future projects.

These are good, honest people and they do excellent work. Did a drywall patch, tape & float, and texture match after I removed two load bearing walls. You can't tell that the walls were ever even there. Took great care of my home while in it - we weren't home during most of the work. Pricing was fair for 3 full days work, good work isn't cheap. I do most things myself, but wanted to hire someone for this job so it would look excellent.

Eduardo & his team did an excellent job replacing our garage ceiling. Installed new drywall, insulation, taping & floating & painting. It’s now the nicest ceiling in my house. The guys were very professional & took the time to leave it better than before. They were also very tidy & kept the space clean before & after. Highly recommend & will use them again myself.

Eduardo and his sons worked tirelessly to refinish our entire ceiling and a few walls. A very fair price that was less than the average rate we were quoted for the job, and we did our due diligence collecting quotes. The 5* rating speaks to the quality and compassion he has for his work. An expert at his craft, the walls and ceiling are blemish free to the eye and hand, and he went above and beyond re-taping necessary sections for free. He also made a point to consistently update us. During the job, he not only offered to help fill in additional holes around our house for free, but also taught my wife and I simple techniques on how to do additional drywall repairs we were planning to DIY - as well as showed us the best products he uses. I HIGHLY recommend Lalo’s Quality Drywall for any and all drywall repair jobs.

Excellent! The team came out on a Saturday and were very professional. They did such a beautiful job on the repairs and even repaired a damaged door at no extra charge. Eduardo and his guys came in and went above and beyond our expectations. He is very meticulous, and a perfectionist, while still able to meet the tight timeline that we gave him for when we needed the work done. He was able to provide additional services outside of what we originally contracted him for, and was very reliable and efficient with all of the work we had him provide. Would definitely recommend!

Eduardo did an amazing job on our house. The house had a terrible and inconsistent texture everywhere as well as extremely thick paint that was peeling off the walls. Eduardo stripped all the paint off the walls and floated a skim coat over the walls and ceiling to make them smooth and modern. The job was enormous but he completed it with super high quality and ahead of schedule. He found several unexpected areas where the drywall was damaged beyond repair and he patched those areas for a reasonable extra cost. He also reinforced the existing ceiling drywall with new screws so that we never get saggy drywall (apparently old homes were built with drywall nails instead of screws, leading to sagging over time). When I saw the end result for the first time, I was speechless. Thanks so much Eduardo! Our "new to us" home now feels brand new

I had my bedroom insulated, sheetrock and paint redone in my master bedroom, my garage finished and converted into my home office, my 300 yards of fence stained and at my grandmothers house a wrap around deck. Eduardo did all four jobs for me and did amazing work! The fact that I hired him four times says a lot as I am very picky. I highly recommend him and his work.

Eduardo stayed in communication with me through the whole process, was on time, and did a great job. I would not only hire him again, I will refer him as well.

Popcorn ceiling removal and garage ceiling replacement

Eduardo did a great job! He responded and came for an estimate immediately. He gave us a great deal on the unfinished drywall in the garage of my new home. He was on time and completed the project when he said he would, leaving no mess. Would hire Eduardo again!

Eduardo was very responsive and professional. He came out to the house the same day I sent a request for a quote. We had a different company give us a quote prior which seemed very high. Eduardo’s quote was much more reasonable so we decided to hire him for the job. He estimated the job would take 3 days and he was right on schedule. I’m very pleased with the results and would hire him again for other drywall needs.

Eduardo is wonderful. He was very polite, easy to work with and his work is outstanding. I will use him again for any of our home projects. His quote was not the lowest we got, but was much more reasonable than most. He worked hard and clean and finished the project much quicker than I had anticipated.

Eduardo was very responsive and set scheduling expectations properly and followed up as he said he would. He arrived on time and laid out coverings to protect our floors and furniture. He was very professional and his work was beyond excellent! I was worried by some other contractors indicating they couldn't guarantee the texture would match, but Eduardo didn't have any issue making it seamless and unnoticeable. He left no mess behind and the price was most reasonable. I have already saved his number multiple places in case I need drywall services in the future!

Service was incredible. Wall looks as if nothing was ever mounted to it. The texture matches the rest of the walls exactly; I would absolutely hire again.

In advance of letting the job out for bids, I prepared a written detailed description of the job. A copy of this was given to each bidder during their visit to review the work to be done. Lalo was selected from Angie's list of three contractors with excellent reviews. His bid was the lowest of the three. He was prompt to respond to my request for quote and also providing his bid. The other contractors performed well in this respect, but, again, his was the lowest. In the course of doing the work, additional repairs were added to the total charges of the job. This additional work was approved by myself before it was done. He was prompt to arrive in the morning and finished all work in less than 3 days time. Most of the time was due to having to allow materials to dry before proceeding. He prepared the working area with floor coverings which he removed and hauled off after completing the work. He also covered some large furniture pieces with plastic sheeting and sealed them off from the dust that was created as a result of the work process. In summary, I found Lalo(Eduardo Rangel) to be very competent and professional in his actions. Before beginning the job he presented a written document which specified which labor and materials that he would provide along with the charges for the job. I was asked to read and approve this before he began working. At the end of the work, he provided an invoice which again specified what was done the charges that were associated with it. Payment was made upon my acceptance of the charges. I will definitely invite him to bid on future drywall jobs.

I was very impressed with Eduardo Rangel. He was very polite, prompt and worked clean and did not leave any trash or debris laying around. He was just a good old fashioned honest business man & very comfortable to have around my home.
