Badly... they don't call you back and they never did the work!!!

This was a total sham. I'm out $49 and have wasted time and calls.

purchased a coupon for plumbing service call , order date May 30, 2017. Received email response from Angies List promptly with coupon # . Email stated that vendor ' will contact you ' to schedule service call . After five days no call or contact from the vendor ( Solartech Energy , San Antonio TX ), I called them. Got connected to what sounded like an answering service , they took a message and said the vendor would call me back. Left the message with them three days ago, STILL NO CONTACT FROM THE VENDOR. This looks like a fraud to me. I am ready to call my credit card and ccl the transaction..

I tried to contact them. They said they would get back with me and nothing happened. They were suppose to call within 24 hours. I called again and they said they would put a note on my request. Today is Monday and that was Thursday and still haven't heard from them.

They were amazing, professional and always giving quality service. I was always aware of what was happening and they removed, disposed of old items and replaced all my solar system in a timely manner. Great team!!?

That was okay. I wasn't really all that impressed. I had flushed a face cloth down the toilet by mistake. It had just kind of fallen in, and it took him about 2 seconds to take it out and then he tried to ask me for more money. I thought that was a little odd. He said that he expected more money than $49 for the repairs and I went repairs, what did you repair? I said you just pulled out a, and he said, oh I'll have my boss call you back. That was the only one. I've used about 3 of your companies and that was the only one that was questionable to me.

All went as planned and better!

From the beginning Jesse and his crew were terrific. We had another company come out and give us an estimate, they provided 2 estimates. One more expensive than the other, less solar panels over more solar panels. Both being installed on our roof. Jesse came in thinking out of the box. We have land and he suggested we make a structure. Think carport. We get more sun and our most recent electric bill was 20 dollars. That's house, hot tub and large pool! Our county doesn't provide rebates so Jesse added insulation to the house. When he noticed the previous owner didn't add enough we came up with the plan to purchase more, he went with me to Home Depot and we purchased enough to insulate the ceiling. His crew stayed extra hours to finish the job. Another company would have rescheduled, they stayed at it in the Texas heat until it was done. Jesse always kept his word and called and updated when necessary. He even painted the solar structure to match the house. I know use it as a carport. We definitely recommend Jesse and his team. He was recommended to me by a friend. I recommend hi more to you.
