"Danny was very quick to respond to my initial contact, and he promptly came out to size up the job. He was very easy to get along with and explained how he and his crew would accomplish the work. His quote came in a bit above a few other bids, but he was able to rework it down to almost match them. Since I liked Danny and his timetable for starting and completing the job (along with the fact that he would actually be performing some of the work himself), I went with him.

Danny's crew showed up promptly on the promised day at the promised time and got right to work. They were very professional (and friendly), thorough, and promptly cleaned up the work area after finishing each room. Danny was on a family trip for the first couple of days, but he was on-site and working the entire time when he returned.

As Danny had explained at the outset, he is somewhat flexible in terms of adding/subtracting services during the job (e.g., halfway through our job, it became apparent that we were going to need to paint a few extra ceilings and another set of cabinets) -- just don't take advantage of this flexibility, which is common sense and courtesy. Despite our additions, he was still able to finish the job on time and update the pricing very reasonably.
