They looked at the level of insulation and found areas where the heat was penetrating more. They recommended specific actions and gave me a number of quoted options on the spot. I was then able to book the service within days of the initial visit. The technicians came and performed the service professionally and made sure to involve me where needed. "Given that it is November, I anticipated they would have a long waiting list. Not so. They got back to me very promptly and had an opening in their schedule in a few days. They provided an estimate and the job was scheduled and completed less than a week later. They estimated the attic insulation averaged R18 and suggested adding at least R20. The cost was based on square footage of the house and $1 (or so) per square foot for fiberglass. Note: they said cellulose is a bit cheaper (and maybe a bit better) so if you can go that route, it's probably the better choice."

"I live in a old house, and the insulation on the attic needs to be added.  City of Austin Utilities (Austin Energy) has a great rebate program for insulation, so I signed up.  EnergyAttic is one of the companies listed by Austin Energy.  For getting the quote, the audit person was friendly and through with his explanation about what's and why's.  Finally I scheduled for the work.  Kent came with his crews and basically supervised and worked on the problem and the insulation.  He made sure everything was installed (seal, insulation) properly and Austin Energy auditor approved the work.  The door blower/blast test took a while because of setting issue (EnergyAttic subcontracted to other company), and finally after 3 hours, we did get an excellent result.  I was happy with Kent's and his crews work.  They were friendly, punctual, and got the work done.  They actually came back to reseal door on the furnace area.  They also promised to come back if  I were to work on the attic and the insulation needed to be re-sweep."

"We had a problem with our A/C unit not working.  Bryce took the time to come out with a short notice to check on our system.  Although the problem was with the coil, Bryce was able and willing to try to get our system to limp along until a new coil could be ordered and installed.  He even did this while it was raining like crazy.  When the new coil arrived, Bryce worked us in to get it installed as soon as possible.  His service on the install was fast and efficient.  He made sure that our carpet was covered and protected as well as insuring that he did not damage any of our freshly painted walls.  I would have no problem referring him to others for repairs.  He is very knowledgeable, honest and fair.

"They came out and gave me an estimate right away.  When I received the bid it came with their certificate of insurance; this is very important to me.  I called to accept their bid and was on the schedule in a week.  They showed up on time, got the materials spec'ed out and got on the job right away.  Mike was the technician that did the work.  He got it done in less time than was estimated and so the overall cost was less than the estimate.
I had a hole in the siding on the chimney (from a racoon I guess) and issues with some of the trim.  There were also seams that needed to be sealed all around and some other spots on other sides of the chimney and trim that needed work (all stuff I did not know about).  Mike matched the materials (2 different kinds of siding on chimney) and the paint.  He had plenty of paint, so he gave the whole chimney a once over with a new coat of paint.  I was very impressed with the work and how fast he got it done (which saved me money).    They did what they said they would plus identified and took care of some other damage that I did not know about.

The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
