"Installation during Oct, 2024 was timely / acceptable however, DFW Sprinker Services Customer Service has been extremely POOR thereafter. I purchased their Full Coverage In-Ground Sprinker System w/a 3yr warranty but the company has been extremely undependable in honoring the current contract and/or any of our agreements thereafter. Phone messages and/or txt messages appear to be responded ONLY @their convenience. Truly a frustrating experience!!!??"

We were pleased with how quickly they were able to get us on their schedule because our repair was urgent.The crew was able to do the work as scheduled. They were also very kind, respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up when they were all finished."
