Perfect. Cristian gave us an estimate for a new metal roof and worked with us to get the best roof we could afford. From the time the crew arrived to completion of the roof was about a day and a half. Total cost was exactly the same as the estimate. Someone came by with a magnet to retrieve any metal pieces left in the grass. The roof looks terrific and we are very happy we went with Cypress Roofing.

As a rental manager I run into emergency situations where I need a job done ASAP. Every time I call on Cypress Roofing they come through. I appreciate the personal care when they explain what’s going on, they give me options, take pictures so I can see and understand the issue. Also their honesty is exceptional, they’ve never taken advantage of the fact that I’m an elderly woman who’s not about to go on a roof or in the attic! Almost giving up our search for a roofing company in Kerr County, TX, we finally found Cypress Roofing in Kerrville on Angie's List. After contacting the company, the owner Mr. Albert Martinez came to inspect and give us options for leak repairs. We also asked for a quote for a new standing seam metal roof. His friendly helpful manner and honesty left us feeling good about his company. We did buy a metal roof system from Albert's company, and it has been, by far, the best decision we have made for our home since moving to the area in 2001. Communication before, during and after the project, was top notch and thorough. We always knew where the process was and what would be next. Albert, the owner, Camden, Christian, Kyle, Tony, Pat, and the installer crews are knowledgeable, reliable and high quality professionals in applying metal roofing with a flair. We would be remiss if we did not also thank Johanna for her attention in keeping order in the business accounting areas. We are absolutely thrilled with our new standing seam metal roof quality and Cypress Roofing's architectural craftsmanship. Ours was not an easy roof. I cannot say enough good things about Camden. He was amazingly responsive, informed, well-spoken, and friendly. He performed the work very well and saved us a much greater problem, which was imminent until he repaired our wind-damaged roof.

We had substantial hail damage this spring and contacted Cypress roofing for an estimate. They were timely, transparent and very professional. The crew that came to remove and replace our roofs were very polite and cleaned up after the work was done. We were pleased with the timeliness, quality and professionalism. They were very responsive to questions and concerns. I had a concern with the skylight and they were able to respond and fix it as we requested. We have been very pleased with all aspects of the process and would use this company again without reservation.
