Perfect. Cristian gave us an estimate for a new metal roof and worked with us to get the best roof we could afford. From the time the crew arrived to completion of the roof was about a day and a half. Total cost was exactly the same as the estimate. Someone came by with a magnet to retrieve any metal pieces left in the grass. The roof looks terrific and we are very happy we went with Cypress Roofing.

As a rental manager I run into emergency situations where I need a job done ASAP. Every time I call on Cypress Roofing they come through. I appreciate the personal care when they explain what’s going on, they give me options, take pictures so I can see and understand the issue. Also their honesty is exceptional, they’ve never taken advantage of the fact that I’m an elderly woman who’s not about to go on a roof or in the attic! The last job they did for me solved the problem and saved me a lot of money.

No response at all. I did call and they didn't not return my call. I feel like they suck for the simple reason that they do not return calls period. This is my view makes them reliable for contact for future needs.

Gutter Repair and Replacement, Home Inspection
After a severe thunderstorm in our area we happened to notice that night that a large amount of water was on the floor in several rooms of our home. We spent a lot of time on cleanup but worried about what caused the flooding especially with more rain in future forecasts. I didn’t know any roofing pro’s in town so I used the internet to search and located Cypress Roofing and read the positive feedback. I called Cypress early the next morning (Friday) and they were able to arrange a roof inspection within two hours or so. Cypress Sales Rep Camden Jones soon arrived and conducted a thorough inspection and found no damage to the roof that would have caused the flooding. Camden then searched for a possible cause and located several entry points for water that were obscured by the landscaping that I was unaware of but will address with my landscape guy. Camden refused to charge for any of the inspection and the whole experience was professional and positive and should I experience any roofing issues in the future I will be contacting Cypress Roofing. I love great service and I recommend that you do the same.

Almost giving up our search for a roofing company in Kerr County, TX, we finally found Cypress Roofing in Kerrville on Angie's List. After contacting the company, the owner Mr. Albert Martinez came to inspect and give us options for leak repairs. We also asked for a quote for a new standing seam metal roof. His friendly helpful manner and honesty left us feeling good about his company. We did buy a metal roof system from Albert's company, and it has been, by far, the best decision we have made for our home since moving to the area in 2001. Communication before, during and after the project, was top notch and thorough. We always knew where the process was and what would be next. Albert, the owner, Camden, Christian, Kyle, Tony, Pat, and the installer crews are knowledgeable, reliable and high quality professionals in applying metal roofing with a flair. We would be remiss if we did not also thank Johanna for her attention in keeping order in the business accounting areas. We are absolutely thrilled with our new standing seam metal roof quality and Cypress Roofing's architectural craftsmanship. Ours was not an easy roof. The result shows that Albert and his company take great pride in the quality of their work. We do not hesitate in urging anyone, residence or business to put this company at the top of your list for consideration. You will not be sorry.

We had substantial hail damage this spring and contacted Cypress roofing for an estimate. They were timely, transparent and very professional. The crew that came to remove and replace our roofs were very polite and cleaned up after the work was done. We were pleased with the timeliness, quality and professionalism. They were very responsive to questions and concerns. I had a concern with the skylight and they were able to respond and fix it as we requested. We have been very pleased with all aspects of the process and would use this company again without reservation. We would highly recommend them and would be happy to serve as a reference for the quality of their work. Great company.
