Total Home Roofing

Not well. Roofer broke many personal belongings around the outside of the house. Found out that my two hot water heater vents have been disconnected since the job was done back in May 2023, letting C02 into my house the whole time. Roof that came to fix this last week found other damages and things that weren't done right.

AWFUL!!!! Hired in 2022 to replace our roof, here we are in 2024 and we have water damage and leaking. IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with anyone from the Company. This is a scam. NEVER USE ANGI - lesson learned, always find someone locally who can be trusted. They basically stole $10K from us. Wed hire a lawyer if it was not such a lost cause.

Let's start with customer service. Their phone numbers don't work. The email, even for warranty, is invalid. They either leave you on hold for a very long time or don't send an email or phone call back once you leave a message. I tried all numbers nothing. not a way to conduct business.

LEAKING BEFORE YOU BILL IS PAID OFF WHILE THEY DODGE YOUR CALLS IS WHAT TO EXPECT! They will give you a fake warranty on the shingles and workmanship. My roof began leaking at the 2 year mark. An inspector came out to my home and said that the roof was installed incorrectly. This company will not answer or return ANY of my calls. I now have leaking and ponding on my NEW roof. Now, I have to hire an attorney and pay a new roofing company to fix the roof. You are taking a very expensive risk if you have your roof installed by this company! *They use multiple names: Angi Roofing LLC DBA Total Home Roofing/Citrus

roof work was completed 19 May 2023. Roof now ha aleak in my garage amf dining room. Many phone calls and no response. The company claim there is a waranty on the roof.

Roofing was replaced in June 2023 by Angi Roofing LLC DBA Total Home Roofing/Citrus. In June 2024 several leaks occurred, damaging the interior of the home and it has leaked several times since during rain. I contacted Total Home Roofing submitting a warranty claim. Eventually I was told Total Home Roofing was no longer in business and I would have to contact the parent company Angi Roofing, LLC for the repairs. I have another roofing company accessing the cause and damage. Their information is: A-TEX Roofing, POC is Nicholas Sanson (Director), Office (210) 777-7663 and Cell (210) 269-7035. They may be contacted to provide a full estimate of repairs if desired, otherwise please provide information of who you choose to do them. I have copies of the contract listing from Angi Roofing and providing the 15-year platinum warranty information.

Went well until a leak was detected in 1006 Bartholomae

The estimator and the project supervisor both promised to complete repairs to the damage their installers did. They lied. I recommend they NOT be hired if you want honesty and a complete job. I contacted the BBB and our local publication of m dissatisfaction.

So very fast to respond, literally within a minute after I put in the request, on a Sunday. Scott has been very helpful through the process.

We hired Total home roofing/Angi roofing in Sept 2022. We were impressed with the speed of the quote and the extra warranty they included vs competitors. We signed the contract and were advised there would be up to a 4 month lead time to start and finish the roof. We were okay with the wait. After 4 months passed with no communication, we reached out for the status. They advised us they needed an additional 4 months because after review it was determined they never ordered the tiles. We advised them there was a large leak in the old roof that developed and it was causing extensive mold in the kids room. They stated they would be on top of it and would get us in line faster with an anticipated install in Feb 2023. Unfortunately that was not the case and they put us back in line like a new order. They did not complete the new roof until May 2023. They did not care at all that there was a significant leak in the old roof causing mold, very disturbing. In Sept 2023, the new roof developed a significant leak. We reached out to them and they sent an evaluation crew that found two quarter sized holes from an improper installation. They advised us they caulked the area as a temporary fix and would order new tile and a crew would come out and repair the area. After 3 weeks of no communication, we called the warranty department and they were clueless to the issue we were having. They advised someone would be out the next day at 9a to re-evaluate and determine what needs to be fixed. No one showed the next day. We have left two voicemails giving 48 hours to respond between each call and we have no answers. On a side note, the warranty department did advise us the company is having significant internal issues and is disorganized, which is very evident. Angi roofing purchased Total Home Roofing so they are one in the same now. Angi roofing is NOT a roofing company. They are a MARKETING company that finds customers, takes a cut and then hires sub contractors to do the work. We should have went with our second option that was a local roofing company with their own crew. Do your research and ask if your roofing company farms out the work. If they use sub-contractors, like Angi does, look else where and pay a little extra and don't fall in the Angi false promise warranty.

From start to finish total home roofing did an excellent job polite and courteous. Job well done.

I am very disappointed and so regretful that I even use this company. I did not find them on the list, they contacted me through Facebook messenger saying that they are Angie from Angie s list, offering to fix all the damage done to my house after hurricane Ian. They have caused more damage, extensive damage that wasn t there after the hurricane, and are now refusing to fix it. They are also charging me the full amount of my contract without doing most of the work, and are cheeky enough to put it in writing. They have put a lien on my house and will not communicate with me in anyway, the roofers that they sent were all drunk and I have video proof of them drinking alcohol while working on my roof. They ve left such a mess at my house that a roofing nail embedded in my husband s leg while he was mowing the lawn. He was out of work for a weeks fighting the infection that it caused. They have fired every single person that has had any contact with me. I do not recommend this company to anybody. They are horrible! Not only do they do bad work, but the refusal to communicate with me as a customer is so disrespectful. At this point, I will have to hire a lawyer in order to be made whole and to have a lien removed from my house; a lien that was put on for the roof that failed all three inspections and had to be replaced. My home has been in a constant state of construction since October of last year. This should not happen to anyone. This is not how a good contractor does business. Do not hire this contractor, in fact, they should be removed from the list, the only list they should be on is a list of terrible contractors that no one should hire..be warned!

Great customer service and job overall.

Very unprofessional, very poor communication. I felt like if I did not reach out, they did not inform me of the process and work. Preston the forman taking care of the clean up was very unprofessional and had poor customer service. I have asked several times for final invoice as there were expenses that I had to cover that needed to be deducted. No reply. Then they put a lein on my property. Very poor customer service. Naples office non professional. Manager Bianca never returns calls. Very disappointing in my services.

Even though my roof had to be inspected 2xs Angi is still working with me to get my roof fixed through Allstate Insurance.

Angi Roofing explained every detail about the cost of replacement, getting approval of the roofing job and securing permits. The salesman and project director were in contact with us daily. The workers that did the actual roofing job were very efficient and professional.
