"I would rate a zero for Troy who works for them on the repairs of your home he hired a guy named Rick who did not do a great job n my main concern was my window that they refused to fix that was damaged by the break in it got hit with the tear gas bullets n shattered the glass n when they replaced it I told him it was not set rt that it moves n wobbles n he sai d oh it’s an old home window really it never done that before n still did not want to fix it"

"Very well! I am very pleased! The AC went out just before a holiday weekend. An AC company came out, found the problem, but give me a very high estimate (too high) for fixing it. I contacted other AC companies but they would not give me a quote without a separate site visit (and service charge). Cool Planet Air promptly responded to my phone call, quoted me a fair price over the phone, and worked to schedule emergency service over the holiday weekend. There was a small problem afterward that they gladly returned and fixed without any hassle. They treated me fantastically! I highly recommend them!"
