Very well! I am very pleased! The AC went out just before a holiday weekend. An AC company came out, found the problem, but give me a very high estimate (too high) for fixing it. I contacted other AC companies but they would not give me a quote without a separate site visit (and service charge). Cool Planet Air promptly responded to my phone call, quoted me a fair price over the phone, and worked to schedule emergency service over the holiday weekend. There was a small problem afterward that they gladly returned and fixed without any hassle. They treated me fantastically! I highly recommend them!

Went ok but he didn't service the 1 lb of freon that was part of the deal and was very pushy to sell me stuff
