Angel`s Aire Care

I got the services from this company through my contractor recommendation in a remodel I'm working on. Biggest error, the work was not performed as expected. They didn't do what was agreed and in very poor quality. I was told they will put an Ameristar unit, another brand was placed. The coil was supposed to be changed, it was NOT. On top of above, they wired the thermostat incorrectly and the furnace board stopped working. They could not figure out that this was the issue and I was told they will have to replace the board... or all the furnace because the current one is "too" old. Obviously, the situation now seems more a set up to me At this point I did not trust him anymore and requested the services from another AC company. They went there and for 100$ replaced the fuse and wired everything correctly and the whole system started working perfectly. They also pointed out more things that were not done correctly in the AC installation: - They did not insulate the line on the outside - The did not recharge freon after installation, so I was left with a new unit low in refrigerant. - They did not box electrical connections. See pictures for above. Obviously, I will never use them again.
