It was great. I really love them. They came a removed the old heater and they installed the new heater and installed a new thermostat and made it all work. It was fine. They were really good. The price was outstanding. Quality was good too. They said they where going to get here noonish and they did, so. They were good.

First one. After service, worked 5- 6 days and trouble again. I called several times and even emailed but never returned to my phone call and they ignored me. Second one Technician spent one hour and 15 minutes to fix it but this company charged me for three hours work.

Excellent! Scheduler called the day after I placed the order and we agreed on the date. Service technician called the night before the appointment to confirm and then called before he came the next day. Throughly checked and cleaned the furnace, then cleaned the reusable outtake filter. He did a very thorough job and heater works great!

Very nice guys, did the tune up for my AC in March. I wanted to get it done before the summer was even close. Tune up techs told me my system was not functioning well at all and would not cool my house this summer. So I ask for quotes to patch things up, and also a complete replace as my system is about 15 years old. Never heard back. Called in June to check, told I would hear next week. Now it's July. Still never heard back. Seem like nice guys, but when you tell me my system wont work for me I expected more. It is cooling, so either they were wrong, or it could be working much better for me. I don't know which. Dissappointed
