Texas Air Masters

I used Texas Air Masters last Fall for a heating inspection and tune-up. I found Manuel (the owner) to be very professional so I signed up for their routine service plan. Texas Air Masters called in March/ April to schedule a pre-season A/C service-- I did not have to call them. They worked around my schedule to come out for maintenance. Manuel and Orlando explained and showed everything they were doing during the inspection -- which I verified following the inspections. My A/C system was very old (14+ years) and other A/C services had not satisfactorily repaired my A/C, every year it was breaking down. Texas Air Masters found the problem to be in the very rusty components of the coils, which I saw with my own eyes after they pulled them out (got pictures for my insurance company as well)--other A/C companies said I had either a crack in the coils, or that they were very dirty-- neither to be the case. TX Air Masters replaced the coils and plenum, then sealed all the ducts. All who came out were very professional and friendly. Orlando especially ensured all work was done properly and called for follow ups, as did Manuel. This is a fairly new company and I took a chance on them because their prices were competitive and they offer discounts for military and law enforcement, fire and EMS personnel.
