This was a difficult wood floor repair, and they did an excellent job.

Thank you for the white glove service from the initial meeting with Mr. Joe Jordan for measurements and estimates, to the final cleanup after the job was done. The genuine transparency and clear communication lived up to the promises made during the estimate. The team also seemed to work well together (something which was also reflected throughout the process). We will definitely call you back for any future projects

The quality and efficiency was such a pleasure. How nice to have Erica to advise and bring samples to help with the process. And then have Juan and helper so efficient and pleasant. I am delighted with my kitchen floor and backsplash, My only surprise was that the high price did not include materials and delivery. It would have been perfect if delivery had been included, or a discount offered for our trouble. A great experience overall! A breath of fresh air to get a company like this!

Joe and his crew did a fantastic job, from putting in the wood floors, hand scraping , staining and then sealing the floor. This was an awesome experience.

We had a fantastic experience working with Joe and his team at Floor Covering International Southlake! Joe brought the mobile showroom to us, took hours to explain to us the different options we have at different costs and materials, and came back more than 3 other times just to educate us on the materials and methods of installation. We were under the tight timeline to have the new floor installed, Joe and his team worked closely and seamlessly with our painters to ensure the order of installation was completely correctly. They finished the floor installation in record time. The result was absolutely beautiful! We cannot be more pleased with how our new floor turned out! I would highly recommend Joe and his team for any floor work!
