The floors looked great and eveything was completed when they left at the end of the project. The floor is beautiful! We did not have any more of the flooring and Alan walked us through the process including places to go to try and match flooring best. "I had a small job replace tile in my master bathroom. I had a few other people come out who wouldn't bid on the project. Empire did and set up install two days later. The installers were nice. They quoted me 4 hours however ended up taking much longer than they expected and I think they ended up rushing at the end which one tile seems a bit uneven and there is a lot of excess grout left on the edges. But was able to clean it up pretty easily. I may have them come fix the tile 2 year warranty on the labor which is pretty nice."

The day of the installation day came - the 3 man crew showed up on time, moved all the furniture (5 rooms), took out the old carpet and installed the new carpet in 6 hours. They cleaned up their mess 100% leaving no trace they had even been there. We are impressed with the company - pricing, quality and the installation. We will use them again in the future."
