"Chris was punctual, personable, and professional.  He explained what his technique and equipment would do, then thoroughly cleaned each traffic pattern area. He explained that because the carpets are 12 years old - though not heavily worn - they would not look new, but would be clean and look much better.
The minimal water used aided in drying quickly , and they do look much better!  Clean is good, and visible, even where worn. 
Eight days later, they still look fresh. I will definitely have him back, every six months.
