78 Kelly came out to check gas lines for a potential leak. He checked manifolds and pressure tested all lines. Also checked stove top and confirmed that there were no leaks. I needed a plumber fast and was able to get a hold of someone at 7:30am. Kelly showed up at 9am & was done my 10 am

We smelled a faint odor of gas late Friday night near our gas fireplace. It was not on at the time. We called our gas utility who came and confirmed the leak at midnight. The technician was required to shut off the gas to the whole house as there was no intermediary shutoff to the fireplace....

Appointment was set out a week in advance between 8 & 11 am, I actually called them at 10:45 and they said be there around 2pm. We rescheduled for the following Friday. Finally after they replaced the cap and put a seal on the door I have a smoke filled house and they're telling me they have nobody to come back and correct the problem. Terrible after the service business. Its ridiculous that I am having the same exact issue from before they diagnosed the problem, supposedly fixed it and charged me now I have to wait and deal with the smoke filled home.
