82 Kelly came out to check gas lines for a potential leak. He checked manifolds and pressure tested all lines. Also checked stove top and confirmed that there were no leaks. I needed a plumber fast and was able to get a hold of someone at 7:30am. Kelly showed up at 9am & was done my 10 am

We smelled a faint odor of gas late Friday night near our gas fireplace. It was not on at the time. We called our gas utility who came and confirmed the leak at midnight. The technician was required to shut off the gas to the whole house as there was no intermediary shutoff to the fireplace....

A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us. Jeffrey communicated his ETA, kept me informed throughout the repair process, which was quick and successful. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. It was reassuring to know there are people willing to go out of their way to help, especially on a holiday weekend! Because of them, we celebrated on Memorial Day the way we had hoped."
