"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Of all the contractors that worked hard to remodel my kitchen, Mr. Jose Lopez of High Quality Sheetrock Repair, was my favorite. After the old counter-top and old back-splash tile was removed, Mr. Lopez removed the damaged drywall and replaced it. He carefully cut around the electrical receptacles and the plumbing supply lines to avoid leaving large gaps. He made sure that the drywall was straight so that the new counter-top will lay flush against the wall. He aligned the seams to provide a smooth surface on which to install the new tile back-splash. When told that the new tile may be glass tile, he returned with paint and painted the new drywall white to ensure consistent coloration of the translucent tile. He charged no extra fees for the painting work. The beautifully laid and finished kitchen counter-top and back-splash tile are a testament to Mr. Lopez's forethought, conscientious attitude and careful attention to detail."

"Jose and his helpers Jose and Herman worked efficiently and neatly, were very respectful of our home, and were very nice on top of that. Jose explained every change that needed to be made based on our house's particular circumstances (for instance, when we needed longer cables for the TV) and every point where I had to make a decision, gave useful suggestions, and showed me each job as it was finished so that I could provide immediate feedback. His contract was clear and accurate, and he completed all the work in very timely fashion and to a very professional standard, leaving our house tidy (after asking me whether I wanted to keep the boxes for the fans, etc.) and all the jobs completed to my great satisfaction. I received regular texts to indicate when he was on his way and to answer any questions I had before and during work. I would, and will, happily hire JY Handyman Services again!"

She brought in the teams needed to replace our floors as well. The process was very quick and the end result was very good. We get compliments all the time on how great our house now looks. She also helped us landscape our yard and brought in someone to install a new pergola and sitting area. "I’m a big fan of Smith Thompson Home Security! Their rate is only 16.95 per month and their customer service is fantastic. When they came out to turn on the existing system in the our new home they thoroughly explained how the alarm worked and took time to make sure everything was functioning as it should (and didn’t charge anything for this activation visit!). Also, they don’t charge for false alarms which is great cause I’ve had three of those already! I’m really pleased with my experience with Smith Thompson and highly recommend them."
