He basically just took my ideas and made the design and as a person that is not an expert in that field, I would have appreciated more of his expertise rather than him just taking my ideas and doing his design on them."

"We had a lot of apprehension due to how we came to needing H&M's services but Maria's professionalism put that to rest and things went smoothly from there. H&M's works were prompt, communicative, and highly skilled. I was happy to see the areas of our house they fixed was in better condition after the repair than they were prior to how they were before they were even damaged. "Of all the contractors that worked hard to remodel my kitchen, Mr. Jose Lopez of High Quality Sheetrock Repair, was my favorite. After the old counter-top and old back-splash tile was removed, Mr. Lopez removed the damaged drywall and replaced it. He carefully cut around the electrical receptacles and the plumbing supply lines to avoid leaving large gaps. He made sure that the drywall was straight so that the new counter-top will lay flush against the wall. He aligned the seams to provide a smooth surface on which to install the new tile back-splash. When told that the new tile may be glass tile, he returned with paint and painted the new drywall white to ensure consistent coloration of the translucent tile. He charged no extra fees for the painting work. The beautifully laid and finished kitchen counter-top and back-splash tile are a testament to Mr. Lopez's forethought, conscientious attitude and careful attention to detail."

"Eric was very professional and understood what we wanted. We had to change the schedule because we found some problems with the exterior that had to be addressed before it could be finished. Everything needed to be done before the end of June. So, the exterior was completed the first week of June. With us being on the schedule starting June.23rd to do the interior panting and the floors to be completed by June 27th. They neglected to put us on the schedule to have the floors done. But were able to find someone to work through the weekend and have the floors completed by Sunday, June 29th. We had to post pone our company arriving until Tuesday, July 1st so that the floors would be completely ready. We also had to put our furniture back before everyone arrived. 1 month after the exterior was competed, during the July 4th holiday, the exterior paint started peeling up. I texted Eric with a picture and spoke to him on July 8th. He was going to come by and take a look at it, but never got back with me. I also just texted him again on August 11th. We still haven't heard from him. I am disappointed that this issue has not been addressed. Until this issue is resolved, I can not recommend using them.

"Everything went as planned and were finished prior to the timeline that was set out from the beginning. Roberto is very good at what he does and keeps you updated during all phases of the process. We wrestled with the idea of going cheaper and hiring out each phase of the renovation and doing our own general contracting work, but we are very glad we hired Roberto and his guys to help us instead. At no point during the process was i worried the job wouldn't get done in the manner we wanted it done. The master bath vanities and kitchen island were our signature pieces and Ismael and his guys built them exactly the way we wanted. The tiling was done so well we added on installing stone tile on the fireplaces. One of the fireplaces was not up to Roberto's liking so he made the tiler remove it and fix it at his own cost. Roberto looks at the job as what he would want if it were his house, so never had to worry that he would cut corners or let things not be perfect."
