"Nolan came out to spec what we hoped would be a simple job. We needed to replace some old cement stairs with wooden. He came out and we discussed how wide the steps needed to be. You can't see it from the picture but the posts are cemented in place. Nolan sourced the materials, gave us a very reasonable estimate and completed the build including clean up within 2 days. We were very satisfied with his work."

While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
