He was so friendly and adaptable to my schedule. I think I changed my date 3 times. This was during the Covid-19 erratic schedule changes with my job. He was incredible and very easy to work with on the changes. He came out on May 09 a Saturday. He said he would be there between 8-10am. He wasn't joking. He was at my home at 8:15am. He started working immediately and knew exactly what to do without any hesitation. It was obvious that he enjoys his job and is proficient with ceiling fans. He had the whole job done in about an hour with conversation. It's like our conversation didn't slow him down one bit. He has done this so much that he just was on auto robot mode but yet able to hold a conversation at the same time. "I really wanted to provide a good review to these guys if only for the repeated effort they put in trying to get it right. Once the owner started to blame me and my house for the struggles they had, I decided I needed to write an honest review. So I have a house that was built around 2000 and it has rolled on texture and stamped ceiling texture that is applied using spackling compound. This is very common in this area and prior painters have had no problem matching it. In this case the crew admitted to me they were not professional painters, they did not to keep the area neat (drips on carpet, stain on pool cool deck (photo), stain on garage wall (photo), muddy boot prints on stair carpeting (see photo), etc,), they could not create a straight line in corners where two paint colors merge (see white/blue paint photo), and did not know how to texture. The wall texture had to be done over three times - that is literal. I showed them how to do it. They eventually got that fairly well figured out. The ceiling was another story - the area that had a sheet rock repair was retextured 5 times over three visits (see white ceiling / gray wall paint photos). At first it was totally terrible and I had to tell them what ceiling texture stamping tool to buy from Home Depot (pretty much the main one they sell). One painter told me he watched utube to try and figure out how to use that tool but did not have any experience with texture. He was not satisfied with his own work, to his credit. Finally the owner came and redid it. I was dismayed to find how rough it looks. I have hired someone to re do it. I can not recommend this company. If you do hire them, don't pay up front like I did."

"We have been working with Remodeling Max for over two years now. It started when we first wanted to remodel all of our three bathrooms, which they were all done just before our house got completely flooded on Memorial weekend holiday of 2015. Remodeling Max was quick to come back and do a complete remodel for the whole house. The kitchen the bathrooms, the utility room, the garages, all the floors, doors, replace all the windows and adding shutters and crown moldings, door jams, windows sills and baseboards. In April of 2016, and just after the whole house was fully remodeled, our house got flooded again almost a full year after the first flood had happened. This time Remodeling Max came back and replaced all the damaged dry walls, floors, cabinets etc. They also changed all the interior and exterior doors and replaced all the trim moldings and garage doors yet again. They painted the whole house from the inside and the outside as well. After the second flood, we decided to add water drains in the back yard, also redid our wooden and metal fences. We added paver stone for all the back yard, the side yard, and the front yard as well. We also had stone retaining walls put up for all the outside area, redid the sprinkler system, built a patio/gazebo with a fire pet under the patio. We then added outdoor water mist and fans to enjoy ourselves in the hot summer. Remodeling Max also ended up completely replacing our house roof, replaced all the damaged siding, fascia boards, soffits and gutters. They also updated all the electrical wiring, the plumbing lines, and replaced our main electrical box. They moved all the gas lines to our new appliances which they also installed for us. Our house now looks so awesome. We had Remodeling Max change the layout of all the bathrooms and the kitchen. They opened up walls and added loadbearing beams to allow the new open-floor-plan to be possible. I can’t say enough, we are very happy. The new lighting, which was done by Remodeling Max, in the whole house has also improved all the areas dramatically. We also put in under cabinets lighting. The selection of the countertops was right on, we had gotten exotic granite to put in the kitchen and the bathrooms. One last thing, Remodeling Max, had custom built our office, library, entertainment center, and all of our closets carpentry work."
