"They are good quality windows and their customer service was great. However a little pricey. The window latch broke after a couple months and it took seven months to get it because they claimed they discontinued the windows. How am I to get a lifetime warranty on a discontinued window? And 6 months to replace a latch. Scary. I do like the windows but I will not do this again for the other windows due to price and length it took to get broken latch fixed. Not sure how good the warranty actually is"

My fence gate blew off during the last storm and he literally built me a new gate with better hinges and more support. He then fixed all my doors that were stuck or sticking. All work perfectly now.
