He did not work for the agreed-upon price. When it was too late to look for a different pro, he demanded extra money. His equipment was not appropriate for my job. The trailer was too small and he did not bring a broom to finish up on the job.

"The agreed terms of the deal was i would start at $300 because your wife was still in the process of moving out boxes so i couldnt give you an exact price.You said she was taking out two van loads and when i got there nothing was removed so i called and told you it would be $375 and if that worked for you i would be happy to haul everything off and you said that works.It took 2 full trips in a 8x16ft trailer to the dump which was 30 min away and before i even excepted payment i had you look and see that everything was emptied out. im sorry if you feel like it wasn't done at agreed price so give me a call and i will be happy to help.Thank you"

Very polite. Very prompt. Did what he said he would do. I would hire him again if ever needed a person to clean up large amount of trash and large items. I love having a person keep his word. Too many people will tell you they will do a job for you, then will only do part of it & then not come back to finish the job. Wonâ t answer the phone when you try to reach them or lie to you when you do talk to them. This worker was very trustworthy & was a man of his word. Hire him if you need help!
