A day or two later I got a call back, which I missed, and I played phone tag with the office for about a week. Once I actually talked to someone an appointment was made within the next week. My estimator was prompt, professional and respectful. He quickly prepared his estimate, and presented it to me. He didn't really explain the benefits of PK construction's products or installation. He was never pushy or rude. I was pleased with our interaction.
