It took some time to finally get the installation completed as ordering the doors was a bit time extensive and I had to call them to find out the time line. All things considered I give them an B+ or 4 stars. The installers were basically social introverts..."

The window latch broke after a couple months and it took seven months to get it because they claimed they discontinued the windows. How am I to get a lifetime warranty on a discontinued window? And 6 months to replace a latch. Scary. I do like the windows but I will not do this again for the other windows due to price and length it took to get broken latch fixed. Not sure how good the warranty actually is"
