After waiting for 2 days with zero communication from another overhead door company, I requested a quote/call from Dockins Overhead Door. They called me within 2 minutes, scheduled me for Monday and gave me a 2 hour window of when to expect them as well as pricing. I still haven't heard from that other Overhead Door Company. Go with a company that actually values your time and money- call Dockins.

Very well. Owner answered phone and came to house in 30 minutes.  Explained benefits of new door - spring not exposed, better insulation (R factor 9), quieter, etc.  Told us his crew could install it in about two hours.  They did so and did a very good job.  Very satisfied. All benefits he described are true.

The provider arrived withing the specified time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He performed the work, tuned up the opener, and cleaned up afterwards. He was here about 30 min. and explained what was needed and why.
