"We had the folks from Rolltex install storm and hurricane shutters on our home. We interviewed and received quotes from several vendors and we checked references, the BBB, Angie’s List, etc., but it our experience with the Rolltex team that convinced us that they were the vendor of choice. Plus we were impressed with their showroom and how Elena and Maria worked with us on pricing, answered our questions, and continued to communicate with us. Prior to our decision Juan Jr. and his Uncle arrived onsite and went over the installation. Juan Jr. also answered our questions and encouraged us to contact him directly if we had further concerns or questions. One of our major concerns was the electricity to operate the motors for the shutters. Juan Jr. took the time to explain how and where they would get the electric and that we would not experience any collateral issues but if something should occur then they would resolve it. They called the day before to confirm our installation and the team arrived on time. They worked through the day and finished the job the same day as promised. They took the additional time to guarantee all testing was complete and that all of the shutters operated, plus ensured that we were completely satisfied and happy with the product and their installation. We have never experienced storm or hurricane damage in the 35 years we have lived in our home but it was time we mitigated the risk. These shutters also function as security for our home when we are away on a trip. They are managed either individually from a local remote control or can be managed remotely via a mobile application from a smartphone. Rolltex is a family business that knows how to treat their customers. They work hard to make certain their customers are satisfied and happy with the product and their service. We are proud to offer our reference for this company and plan to engage them for future business."

"Excellent shutters installed to interior windows! Love the new fresh look added to my home. Reasonable priced and excellent quality and work! Thanks Shutter Solutions for installation of custom design works!"

"I had a wonderful experience with Window Covering Design Consultants Inc. from start to finish. Linda was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on the different shutter options so I could feel confident in my decision. She was patient, helpful, and made the entire process easy. Jovanny did an excellent job with the installation. He was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. The shutters turned out beautifully, and I’m extremely happy with the finished look. I really appreciated the level of service and expertise throughout the entire process and would definitely recommend Window Covering Design Consultants Inc. to anyone looking for quality shutters and great customer service!"

"Did not recieve the estimate after the consultant arrived. When I called back received the estimate very quickly. However the estimate was over 20K for 15 plantation shutter windows which is about double any of the other estimates."

"They are excellent in communication and also really good and helpful to choose my window coverings."

"I highly recommend this company for storm shutter repair. They were on time, explained my options and got my broken shutters fixed quickly."

"Took awhile to do the repair, but it was perfect. Also "upsold" me to some window valences in another room."

"David and his father are true professionals and craftsmen! The gates look like they belonged in our home all along! An absolute perfect match!! Their attention to detail is impeccable! We were always in contact and if there were any delays, David informed me. They gave us everything we had hoped for and more. The “more” being that they made them automatic/soft-closing by putting a storm door hinge thing on them so our toddler could use them and the gates would quietly close behind him preventing younger siblings from following. Genius! They are not cheap, but these men know their worth, and these gates were worth every penny we paid! I gave a B for punctuality because I would get a time, or window, of arrival, and they were usually about 20 min or so late, but since I don’t work, it was no big deal. I have no problem waiting on greatness, but wanted to leave an accurate review. If you’re looking for woodworkers, look no further!!"

"Dave arrived on the day and time we had arranged. Dave looked at the 6 jobs, gave us a price and began working immediately. We had already purchased most of the materials, i.e. disposal, light, camera, etc. Dave and his helper replaced the garbage disposal, replaced a ceiling light, replaced a security camera, secured a utility cabinet to the wall, repaired a panel on our screened in porch, and re-hung a decorative shutter. All of the jobs were completed in about 1 and 1/2 hours. This is the 4th time we have used Dave in the last 3 years and we are very happy with his work. We will definitely use Dave again."
