The reason per SSGE was that there was dispute during install. During the sales process, SSGE had told me that HOA approval was NOT needed. Right after installation, the HOA wanted to remove the generator, and it took me 2 weeks to sort out the issue. I paid SSGE the second half of the payment in full only after the dispute with HOA was settled in about 2 weeks.Is that a good enogh reason to not provide service?? I had to call Generac's head-quarters and they helped me trouble shoot the alarm on my system."
