BEWARE: This contractor came out twice, once to install light fixtures in the master bathroom and put a hole in the wall and never mentioned it to me. Later after the contractor was gone I found the hole. April 2 gave access to my home to hang a new back door. Superior Door Installation was out to correct and repair the damages caused by Nelson, owner of NWN construction company. The contractors from Superior Door Installation, explained that the installation was not done correctly and it was obvious, Nelson didn t know what he was doing. As it stands, he cracked the wood frame and tried to fill it in with caulk. Nelson was in areas of my home and garage that he shouldn t have been. The job was the back door. He continued to fill a white duffel bag with items from my garage throughput the day. The job should have taken him less than 3 hrs. He was there almost 6 yrs. They used profanity throughout the job which is recorded on my security camera. They walked through my home using the front door. Which is on my ring camera . During the time that the contractor was at my home on my ring camera at the garage door showing the contractor backup to the garage. Also the back garage door had a ring camera with the contractor on it. The contractor repeatedly went back and forth from my garage to his truck filling a duffle bag with items with items from my garage. I paid him his requested amount of $340.00. He stole approximately 20ft of electrical wire, a new socket kit, worth. $300., painter s tape tools, etc. Nelson came back to my home after I complained about the job. He said the door needed to settle in and put a piece of adhesive at the bottom of the door. He is a fast talker filled with excuses and lies. I have not threaten him and only asked for $300 refunded and to return the items he took from my garage During the time that the contractor was at my home on my ring camera at the garage door showing the contractor backup to the garage. Also the back garage door had a ring camera with the contractor on it. The contractor repeatedly went back and forth from my garage to his truck filling a duffle bag with items with items from my garage. I have not threaten him and only asked for $300 refunded and to return the items he took from my garage.

Install new bathroom vanities/sheet rock repair in 2 bathrooms and sheet rock repair in pantry . Nelson and Lucas did a good work and I would hire them again for future repairs.

Nelson was professional and prompt in his estimate, and gave a very reasonable estimate for the drywall and door work. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure the work was done to absolute perfection and his attention to detail and professionalism was superb. I will definitely continue to hire him for any further handyman or construction work we need in the future. Like I said, exceptional work at very reasonable prices, and very prompt and professional-- there was never any upselling for unnecessary work and this was a big plus that showed me that Nelson and his company have integrity.
