He also cut a small oval to replace the glass in an heirloom frame that was shattered in the recent move. Onsite! He understands that memories are priceless and need to be cherished and protected. After a month of promises, the door should have been installed today, and YET AGAIN, another lie, they suddenly are not able to do it today. Considering I bought and paid for this door 6 months ago, and they couldn't write down on the order what I asked for, they tried to tell me they can paint the CUSTOM DOOR, because who wants what they ordered, right? Now, they have been telling me the door would be installed on November 2nd, yet it is NOVEMBER 25th, and I am no closer to getting my door. STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!
