We wanted to replace all the blinds we had in our house with shutters, and we decided to go with Colony Interiors & Blinds due to multiple recommendations made by friends and neighbors. This was a huge project because our house is relative large, so we wanted to go with a reputable company, and we are so glad we went with Colony, for two main reasons. Excellent quality and customer service! The shutters were very well made, and you can tell people handmade them with great care. Paint was also very clean, too, and installation process was meticulous. As for the customer service, Pegah was in constant touch with us throughout the entire process, and whenever we had questions and such, she would respond right away. Always super friendly and extremely kind. Really an amazing experience with Colony Interiors & Blinds, and of course, amazing shutters. We highly recommend Colony Interiors & Blinds to anybody looking into getting shutters!

She has done an amazing job. She has done all of my renovations for my entire home. I have done several quotes and she out beats every single one. From first phone contact thru completion, Pegah was courteous, direct, and open to ideas with suggestions. The coordination of people coming home for each step, to final delivery, everything was so easy. There was a couple of days delay in the middle, but the open conversation made it easy to trust. We’re very happy with Colony Window Fashions. Very good price per window. Setting up the appointment to measure our windows was a breeze. Ray was courteous, helpful and installed 16 2-inch faux wood white blinds in our house quickly and carefully and they look great. I’d definitely recommend them.

If you only read one review- please read this one. We hired Colony to install blinds, refinish the floor, paint the interior, paint kitchen cabinets- and a few other home improvements. We hired them in July of 2018. As of today, May 27, 2019- our home is not complete. Colony refuses to finish their commitment to us, and will not return phone calls, e-mails, or texts. On several occasions- Colony said they would come to finish- then no show. When we would call them- no response. No, we are stuck with a house that is not finished- and lousy work from Colony. DO NOT USE THEM. Update 6-13-2022---I am trying to get the owner to follow through on a project - and she will not. I will post our conversation. When looked at BBB to file a review (today) - it says CLOSED...OUT OF BUSINESS Be careful folks. Blinds split and cracked, door shutters do not stay closed. did not use the brand I was originally told. Pegah employee Roberto did remodeling - horrible and poorly done, footprints and hair sealed in cement stained floor, Beams are poorly installed, and leaning - will need to be redone. PEGAH came to the house, but nothing was done. NO, FOLLOW THROUGH. once money was received - she disappeared.

Pegah at Colony Window Fashions has done a beautiful job, not just on my windows! I have replaced almost all my window coverings with plantation shutters. They are gorgeous, and the whole process was easy. They measured, ordered and installed (which included removal of my old window treatments). I had gotten other bids, but her prices were so much better than the others, and the quality is top-notch. I enjoyed working with them so much, I also had them remodel our master bath shower and floors, and install carpet in our bedrooms. The quality and price was great across the board. I highly recommend this company.

Working with Pegah was great! Aside from a few miscommunication issues, everything turned out great! She was timely, smart, knew what she was doing, and was readily available at a good price. The shutters and the shades look incredible and she has offered to go back and fix issues if any come up. Can't beat it.

I called on Wednesday and they came out Friday morning to give me a quote. My previous home had shutters and I know they take awhile to make. Looking forward to installation of the shutters in my bedroom.

I have used many window treatment services in my life and I have never seen a better level of service and value. I purchased a brand new home and needed window treatments for every window. We did custom shutters, custom blinds, and beautiful "beachy" shades. They were patient with me, just the right amount of "follow-up" and well priced! The shutters took a long time, but the expectations were set that custom takes longer..... I LOVE Peggah and her team. I would highly recommend.

The blinds function well and they made a follow up visit to set them perfectly. Price was below competitors by 10% and the installation was by a hunter-douglas factory person.

It was a pleasure working with Ms. Pegah and Eduardo. They were both professional and Ms. Pegah really set my concerns at ease. The custom work for my varied sized windows were installed with no issue. I have had these blinds for over month now and I am still in awe of the value their quality blinds brought to my home. Im still waiting on my receipt from Ms. Pegah but despite that minor hiccup, their company was money well spent.

Patience is key for shutters but they are lovely. We are happy with our choice.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company and Ms. Pegah at all. In fact I have already recommended a neighbor. You will not find a better company or person to take care of your window treatment needs. Ms. Pegah is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She sees the job through from beginning to end. She is always easily accessible and very giving of her time and knowledge. I have worked with many different companies in different states and no doubt this company is the best.

Beautiful shutters and good installation crew. My only complaint is 3 of the 20 Shutters has to be changed due to measuring error for the divider so I have to wait for them to charge those.
