Jose Garcia and his helper (fence installers) took down the old fence and put up the new fence. Jose put up a cedar board on board fence, made three walk through gates, and a double wide gate. Jose and his helper did a fantastic job. You can tell they take pride in their work. Les Perkins (project manager) answered any questions I had about the project. Dave Malcom (fence technician) came and did a little fine tuning. He also came up with a clever way to hide the 1 inch gap in the double wide gate that I could see into the backyard. "First of all the actual cost was less than the initial over the phone estimate by over $100, and the initial estimate was the lowest of three that I received.  The quality of the work was excellent, the job was started on the day & time that we had agreed upon, finished in a day,  and the cleanup was excellent.  The quality of the pickets was better than what I was able to buy at Lowes when I did other parts of my fence myself.  They put a bevel on the rot board, which is functional & looks great too.  I wanted that, but had forgotten to ask for it. That was a nice surprise. The crew had to hack through some bamboo to get the fence installed straight & level.  And they even re-installed a neighbor's adjacent gate at not extra charge! The look & quality of the over-sized custom built gate was great.
