"I engaged CFP Remodeling & Construction (out of Pearland) for landscaping services at my East End property, which included installing approximately 165 sq feet of St. Augustine sod. Shortly after installation, I observed that a significant portion of the sod was not healthy. I reached out to Jessenya Akerman at CFP Remodeling & Construction, who indicated they would inspect the issue. Despite several delays, Ms. Akerman suggested that increased watering might resolve the problem. After spending $90 on additional watering, the sod remained in poor condition. I contacted Ms. Akerman again; although assurances were made about revisiting, no follow-up occurred. Eventually, I received an email explaining that personal circumstances had caused the delays and promising efforts to rectify the situation. However, subsequent correspondence stated that the company considered the installation complete and did not plan further action. Based on my experience, I found communication inconsistent, scheduling unstructured, and customer service lacking in follow-through.
