"I called Sugar Land Elect and asked if they installed Wi-Fi Thermostat, I was assured they did. When Tech E came out, He had no clue but worked on it anyway. He called a few times back to the office for assist. He finally got it to work or so I thought and charged me for the install and time for assist. I did speak w/owner which he reduced the rate since he knew of the situation bc Tech didn't know. Repair was during winter and had no cause to control units for cooling until now; Turned the air on manually, my upstairs thermostat went blank, when it finally came on, It blew hot air, ok NP, a/c issue, nope, thermostat kept running heat & wouldnot shut off; dnstairs blinked on/off would not come on manually or other wise. Called Sle for assist/warr anything and the lady on the phone refused to call a Tech nor owner and advised me to call someone else bc it wasn't their problem. Would not address my concerns about the repair...NOTHING!.she said we don't do Wi-Fi"
