Ernie's Plumbing came out after they were finished with counter top install and plumbed my sink, installed new shutoff valve, installed new faucet and new disposal and hooked up my dishwasher discharge. Rafael was the lead installer & he seemed to really know his business. The helper was very quiet & informative when asked a question. All my questions were answered & work done in a timely manner. I had hot water in 1 hr after they had left. Rafael explained everything about the new water heater to me & was very patient. I have no complaints whatsoever with the installation. I do believe the cost of the heater was very high, but that inflation I guess. That’s my only complaint. Nothing to do with the installers.
