From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "I initially selected West Shore Home to do my window replacement principally because their salesman so much less pushy than the others that I requested estimates from. I am allergic to a hard sell! But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! I will update this review IF the generator I contracted for gets installed. Apparently, the LLC entity that previously operated as Generator Supercenter of Nashville is in some sort of financial difficulty, and the franchise operations have been taken back by the "national" franchisor. I contracted with the the company on 9/20/24 and was told that my generator would be installed by 11/1/24. The last week of October, I was told that my job was "with the state" for some sort of electrical permit (which makes no sense, but that is what I was told). Two weeks ago, when I called back, I was told a more complete story, but that they were waiting for "national" to issue a "certificate" for my job and all the other jobs that had been taken over from the franchisee. Last week, I was told that it will now be the week after Thanksgiving before my job can move forward. Again, I will update this review IF I get my generator., Thus far, color me very concerned."
