When the technician left, the stairlift was working again, but the next day it was not working. When I called to tell them the lift had not been repaired, I was told they could not because the system is too old.

I definitely would recommend this company. We had various size and shaped windows tinted. Keenan did a fabulous job. He was on time, very professional, and courteous Thanks Home Pro! We will be recommending you to all of our neighbors.

This work is not acceptable. I am waiting the 30 days recommended by the film manufacturer before asking for a refund or work be redone. There are bubbles that I doubt will go away on their own (quarter Size). We shall see. I sure hope I am wrong, because I would love to change this rating.

Great timely work

Every company has their sales â lectureâ but HomePro was short and sweet and not pushy. After I agreed the rep called it in and the work was done the next day. Shawn was friendly, professional and experienced. He completed the job in a few hours and cleaned up. I am very happy with the results.

Gutters installed in June 2020 on house, garage, and barn. Gutters are dripping on the back of the house between the gutter and fascia. I have called the warranty number678-227-2506 and scheduled an appt. with Bailey on 4/28/21 which no one called or showed up for. Called the warranty number again the morning of 4/29/21 and left a message with no callback. Called again at noon and no callback. Called Denver number 720-365-6254 4/30/21 and s/w Kennedy who looked into this and said someone would call me. Received a call from a regional manager Casey 5/3/21 and an appt. set for 5/5/21 between 9-11 to which no one called or ever came yet again. Called Casey 5/5/21 at 12:30 and l/m of no call no show. Received a call from Sierra stating we are 1 1/2 hours from their Denver office and this is an issue. She stated they had an installer coming to my area on 5/6/21 and the installer would call me with an eta on arrival on the morning of 5/6/21. It is now the afternoon of 5/6/21 and still no call or show of installer. Texted Sierra and she was looking into it. Called Denver number to see if they could route me to someone that could help and the woman I s/w who did not give me her name was very rude and hateful and said she could not help me and told me to call the warranty/service number on my contract. Tried to explain I have no callback and she stated they are busy and do have meetings. I let her know due to everything and her attitude I would be writing this review. Called Casey regional manager and her voice mailbox is full. Sent a text to please call me. Received a text from Sierra that the installer should still be coming today but no eta. Not holding my breath. Homecraft is great at pushy sales, installing, and collecting the money but horrible on customer service and standing behind their gutters and warranty. I would never recommend them to anyone and will never use them again. If it is an issue that I am 1 1/2 hours away then why did they do the gutters, to begin with. Maybe they should not be doing gutters in my area. Poor excuse.

We are very happy with our new gutters. We especially appreciated them after all that rain yesterday, They did professional job in a timely manner. Would recommend.

We had to replace Gutter Topper guards because they were falling out and warping the singles. HomeCraft gutter guards are clearly superior, probably the best available. The installation was speedy and professionally executed.

We have some issues that are still pending. The gutter extends past the corner of the house. It does look right. The gutter is too long. We are in the process of resolving this at the present time.

Great team that came out to install the gutters. Was tough to get hold of the right people at times, but work and quality of product was outstanding.

Stellar customer service. Arrived on time for the appointment and did not feel rushed. very knowledgeable and answered all of my crazy questions. Not the cheapest quote I got but was by far the best customer-oriented company I dealt with and that is what really earned my business. Gutter install was a breeze. quick install and cleaned up well after themselves. Had new gutters a few days after hiring them. The quality of the work was great as well. I don't think the highest bidder could have done a better job. If you're looking for that balance between price, quality, and customer service get a quote from these guys. You get what you pay for I say, and this one is worth every penny without being overpriced. (I had 4 bids for comparison)

We were able to schedule the gutter replacement work quickly. The crew that did the work were very efficient, everyone was professional. The clean up around the house after the old gutters were pulled down was excellent.

It was a great experience from the estimate to the installation. The installation crew was very professional and they did great work,they cleaned up the mess and hauled old gutters away
