I have called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the sales manager would contact me, but no one has followed up. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor a lawful cancellation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone."

Yes, concrete resurfacing is the same as concrete overlay. Concrete resurfacing or a concrete overlay is when you apply a thin layer of pre-blended concrete over an existing concrete slab.
