My garage door opener wasn’t working. I called Foothills Garage Door Service. Bill responded immediately and stopped by after completing the job he was on to evaluate my problem. The rail and belt installed in 2007 had failed and he returned before scheduled the next day to replace both. He was professional, reasonable, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Bill and his garage door service.

In our time of need, Bill saved the day! Of course, inconvenience strikes at the most inconvenient times. It was around 5:15 pm, and we had to drop off and pick up our child from soccer practice, and we went into the garage to open the door and the main spring broke. We’re new to the area, and we didn’t know who to call. I did a Google search and saw Foothills Garage Door Service was 5 stars. They closed @ 6 pm, and I wasn’t sure if they would come out to repair our door at this hour, but I gave it a shot. Talked to Bill and he said no problem, I can be there in a little bit. Bill showed up and within an hr he had our door fixed. The door runs smoother and It actually sounds like a new door. Bill is awesome! He is very kind and courteous, very trustworthy and very professional! I can’t say enough good things about Foothills Garage Door Service. I highly recommend them for all of your garage door needs! Thanks Bill for a most excellent experience!

Bill repaired my door About a year ago quickly and did not charge me. When asked about replacing it, said he would replace the door at a good price. my wife said it’s time so I gave him a call and we updated our garage door with a more attractive one. We are very pleased with the results and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Bill and Foothills Garage Door Service came to the rescue, on short notice today! My garage door came off the rails, started popping bolts and screws everywhere. It actually looked liked someone ran into my garage door with a pickup truck. Bill and his team, in a few short hours, made it look and work like new again! Bill was excellent. From the initial call to the install and removal of two very old (30+ years) torsion springs. The day of the “consultation” quickly became the day of install. This is the superior service I’m happy to pay for. Took about 15 minutes for consultation, and then an hour to install both torsion springs. Paying cash is also key for a good discount!! Would recommend using Foothills Garage Door Service, LLC, and I will use them again for future needs.

Bill was on time and very personable. He didn’t try to sell me anything I did not need. He came out the very next day which was a Saturday and did not charge extra due to it being a weekend. I would definitely use his company if I ever need any other garage door work.
