GREAT!! Took about 3 weeks out of our home. They worked with 20th Century Flooring, plumbers, movers to get it all repaired. They even provided workers to help me unpack since I was ill.
I now have to pay to repair the real source of leak as well as fixing the unfinished unnecessary repairs that were done. I am lucky the tub didn't fall through floor after they cut main support beam.
I've hired One Call twice, both times for broken frozen plumbing. Did a great job getting our water turned back on and repaired and then insulated the pipes so (hopefully) we won't have that problem again.

He discover and issue with the control board being in suspend mode and cleared the issue. Tested the unit to verify it was operating normally. Great job, this was a Sunday and was not expecting service until Monday. Not many service providers would do that and not charge quite a bit of a premium."
