I liked his friendliness and knowledge. He came out the next day. It was $40 service charge and about a $100 for repair.

They showed up on time and their prices were right as well. We recommend them. They got here when they said they would get here. They had to order parts which took a week or so. We have a original GE stove so we wanted a original GE burner and switch and didn’t want any Chinese stuff so we had to wait for it other than that everything else was fine. They were great. They were very efficient and professional. They did the work quickly.

He is a really nice person.  The freezer was warm and I couldn't figure out what was going on.  It was a 52-year-old refrigerator that lasted over half a century.  I didn't want to replace it because I knew the new ones wouldn't last that long.  Appliance Man took my old one away and sold me one that he had in his store that was refurbished or something.  It looked brand-new and the price was dirt cheap.  It was a little smaller than the one I had.  It was perfect for me.  I got it for $300.  He charged me just $50 to take the old one away.  The latch on the door of the dishwasher quit working and it was a lot of trouble because the whole door had to be taken apart.  He was wonderful.  I love him.
