He went above and beyond to install the radon mitigation system so its hardly noticeable and didn't detract from the home's curb appeal. All other companies wanted to put a chimney of pipe outside along the house exterior and didn't offer to test the slab substrate underneath to determine suction ability prior to installation which insured excellent removal power. He also sealed all cracks in the basement. Everything completed in timely and professional manner and he left the site spotless on completion. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach.
