His equipment was the highest rated on consumer reports, and his workmanship and attention to detail was absolutely excellent. He went above and beyond to install the radon mitigation system so its hardly noticeable and didn't detract from the home's curb appeal. All other companies wanted to put a chimney of pipe outside along the house exterior and didn't offer to test the slab substrate underneath to determine suction ability prior to installation which insured excellent removal power. He also sealed all cracks in the basement. Everything completed in timely and professional manner and he left the site spotless on completion. "I cannot speak highly enough of David and his team. When I got a moderately high radon reading on the home I was selling, I had to take care of it quickly so that my closing could go through. David worked me into his schedule and came to my home the day I called. He was delightful, did a thorough inspection, and gave me an estimate. Not only that, but David had figured out a way to perform the remediation without installing unsightly pipes either on the inside or outside of the house. "With the recent snow melt and the rain we are having this may be a timely recommendation. I hope you don’t have this need, but if you do I would like to recommend Master Service Company. We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point.
