"I can't explain the condition of my house and how desperately I needed help. I was referred to Delia by another Organizer that didn't do jobs as big as what I was needing. The joke around my house by my son is we have 3,500sq ft of stuff packed into a 1,400sq ft house! It had to be cleaned out as much as possible before an inspector came in about Mold Issues. Delia walked in...toured the most needed area's, made a plan and we got to work! I have a huge anxiety/panic disorder, which I explained to her in the beginning. She was so very gentle with me & my feelings over each item. I honestly believe she was sent to me from Heaven!! She has the best system she sets up, that is so very easy to follow. She was like my own cheerleader any time I made a Big Girl decision over items or filled up a box or bag. It was so easy to talk to her and learn organizing skills while we worked alongside eachother. The most fun, was watching her carry away bags or boxes full of donations at the end of our sessions!!! It felt like a weight lifted off of my shoulders. The last night with her, I hugged her goodbye and was so very sad. I felt like I was losing a family member. I seriously missed her and truly hope I get the honor of working with her again one day. Until then, I have been using tricks that I picked up from her, that make my every day life so much easier and keep me organized. I'll look at something we worked on and pick it up, if it's cluttered, thinking, "I don't want to let Delia down"! She makes it so fun by giving out "stars" when you do good things or she sees things you've already organized that she's impressed by. It was so fun when she would say, "You get a Gold Star for....", well she gets a million Gold Stars for putting up with me, my overly cluttered house, getting me on track and keeping the very best attitude the entire time!! Hands down, the best lady and best Organizer in the business!!"

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."
