"Hired for a million dollar roofing / patio repair in a 13 unit hi-end townhome community -always MIA on the job site. Our HOA board has threatened legal action due to slow progress. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees. Costing me over $3,000.00 to me-the home owner all while promising to cover all costs. Stay away. Owner Jeremy Britton is dishonest!"

"For the most part, I was very well pleased. They were able to get to me quickly and for a reasonable price. As follows, most projects, you can find a few things that could have been done differently. I am battling health issues and I'm not supposed to lift anything more than five pounds and not supposed to tug or pull on anything. They pulled things away from the house and out of their way in order to wash down the house but not everything got put back. So now I have to find somebody to put the rest of this stuff back. There are paint flecks on the concrete that I'll need to have cleaned up. And where water and dirt ran down the windows, they didn't get the window seals completely clean, so I'll have to clean those. But seriously, for no more than they charged, they did a really good job on the brick which is what I hired them to do. I was pleased enough that I plan to have them back for a couple of other projects. Just don't expect absolute perfection."
